An exciting opportunity awaits a Junior Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking executive search organisation. As an accredited B Corp, our client is dedicated to making a positive impact and ensuring their business practices meet the highest social and environmental performance standards.
The role will be approximately 80-90% Data Analysis and 10-20% IT Support duties, though this may vary based on projects and business needs.
Junior Data Analyst and support Key Skills:
We are looking for early-career data enthusiasts who are ready to expand their analytical expertise and can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding industry. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data—whether you’re straight out of university, self-taught, or have gained practical experience in other roles like Data Assistant, Data Intern, or Business Support Analyst. No degree? No problem—we’re happy to speak with individuals from diverse paths and learning backgrounds.
To excel in this position, you should possess many of the following:
- A passion for data analysis, with some exposure to gathering and cleaning data, ensuring accuracy, and identifying trends.
- Resilience and strong problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Some experience using Power BI to create reports, dashboards, and visualisations, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Some familiarity with IT support and troubleshooting.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Office 365, SharePoint, or other data-related software.
About the Junior Data Analyst and support Role:
You will primarily support the data analysis needs of our client’s team, helping drive insights and decisions based on well-maintained, accurate data. This is a fast-paced role requiring resilience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to tackle complex challenges head-on.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the technology team to support data management and Power BI reporting on KPIs and metrics.
- Responding to ad-hoc data requests and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Supporting cross-functional projects by providing data insights and visualisations.
- Learning about CRM systems, Power BI, and other data tools to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Being involved in based IT support/systems duties.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £32-40,000
