Who We Help

Most of our work is with mission-led and cultural organisations and heritage institutions.

We help them hire the data, technology and leadership people they need to modernise, protect their systems and deliver what they are there to do. These are often small teams, working with real constraints, where one poor hire can carry a heavy cost.

We also work in selected greentech markets, especially the companies electrifying transport and the grid. That includes public EV charging networks, smart charging and energy flexibility, battery technology and analytics, and fleet electrification software.

Alongside this, we support ambitious tech start-ups and scale-ups building engineering, data and leadership teams. Less a sector than a kind of organisation: moving quickly, hiring carefully, and unable to afford a key hire going wrong.
